I went to bed last night suspecting my foot would be swollen and painful this morning. I WAS WRONG. It feels pretty good for the average walking gig; I did a body stretch in bed this morning, though, and that was a mistake – I felt as if I were all foot for a few seconds. A big, screaming, searing, alarm-going-off FOOT. I can still feel the residual tingle, but, overall it works for typical moves without pain.
This could have been otherwise. Hopping AmeliaJakes are noticeable and the Christmas Ribbon Bell Hair Band makes more noise in such a situation. I could have wound up with a collateral punched-in nose.
Which reminds me – where Is my Rudolph blinking nose?

Glad the foot is just a foot and not feeling like a giant log attached to your leg.
Today is my son’s 33rd birthday. Which means Saturday is my youngest child’s 24th birthday. Used to be these days just made me marvel at how quickly time passes. Today they just make me feel old. So I was thinking that a Rudolph blinking nose might just make me feel young again …. you can have it back next year.
Ooh how I know those foot cramps. They wake me up all the time at night. Sometimes they are so bad that walking it off doesn’t help. I have to get a bag of frozen vegetables from the freezer and literally stand on them until the cold relieves the cramp. I’ve read where these cramps are from lack of calcium especially for women of a certain age. Suggestion is to drink a glass of milk e Rey night. It hasn’t worked for me, but maybe worth a try.
