I think I need a cure – that’s Diet Coke and Coke and aspirin.

I started painting my livingroom and piano room (supposed to be a formal dining room but seeing as I don’t have a second dining table and we aren’t real formal around here I put the piano in it. Seems to be a rather good use for the room) and the foyer. Foyer, now isn’t that a fancy schmancy word. I grew up with a mud room but now I have a foyer. I keep the grandkids toy box in it because nobody ever uses my front door. Anyway, I started painting two weeks ago. I got the walls and ceiling in the livingroom done and the crown molding painted. I still have all the other trim to do and the built in bookcase to paint. Seems the former owners used oil paint over latex and I have peeling stuff everywhere…. it rather resembles a peeling sunburn…. Anyway, I got the foyyyyer done but the piano room sits there neglected. I had to peel wallpaper off, just a border but it was stuck beyond stuck and just wore me out trying to get it off. I’m thinking that if I put the Christmas tree in the doorway to the room nobody will notice the unpainted, half peeled walls.
It’s certainly a dilemma of my own creating.

lol
I could have fun with one of those. Might be dangerous too.
