After watching the YouTube video that featured Mickey Kantor, James Carville and that George guy with the really long last name, I watched a longer video showing more of The War Room . . . and saw a lot more of Carville. I think he looks like a snake, but that is a visual perception of mine and I don’t really KNOW that he is one. He married Mary Matalin, you know, who has worked with the GOP on the really national level. And she married him. Go figure.
I have wondered about this for a long time; they both indicate their political beliefs are important to them. Yet, they married and have children. So what have they said by their actions: It doesn’t really matter? It will all come out in the wash? What will it matter two hundred years from now? Gee, what was a controversy in politics between 150 and 200 years ago? Ah, yes, the Union, the Confederacy, Slavery.
We are determining our nation’s future here – yet one works hard to carve one path and the other pulls hard down another trail. Do they look at the workers in each party and go “heeheeheeheeheeheeheehee”? I can’t see that they actually believe it makes a difference or they would be concerned for their children.
Oh, they are selling a home in Virginia for four plus million so they can move to New Orleans, from whence he hails. Apparently, this “He said; she said” stuff pays pretty well.
